4 pm Check into your stunning lodges and The Deerstone with some tasty arrival delights

5.30 pm Opening Circle & Yoga Flow Practice

7.30 pm Wholesome dinner in The Shed

Saturday

8.15 am Yoga Flow & Meditation

9.30 am Wholesome Breakfast in The Shed

11.30 am Meditation & Relaxation Practices

1.00 pm Lunch followed by use of sauna, plunge pools, swim spa or walk through Glendalough

5.30 pm Restorative Yoga Flow

7.30 pm Wholesome dinner in The Shed
