women leaders ready to strengthen their self-awareness, enhance their impact, and rekindle the magic of leadership.

What to Expect.

Each day features thought-provoking sessions, interactive approaches, and facilitated reflections to inspire and
unlock transformative growth.

DAY 1 – BEING
THE ART OF PRESENCE
Leadership begins with how we show up. On the first day, we’ll explore the art of cultivating an influential presence—one that commands respect, inspires others, and allows us to fully embrace confidence in our unique abilities. Guided by insights from an opera singer, we’ll learn to convey our message with confidence and energise the space while empowering those around us.

DAY 2 – EXPAND
THE WAY TO SENSEMAKING
By expanding our awareness, by connecting further, by encompassing more, we allow ourselves to create a shared understanding of our context, on which powerful actions can root. Making sense of our environment calls for curiosity, courage, and love and can only start from a point of true grounding. A natural scientist will join us to explore the expansion
which enables a bigger potential in our leadership space.

DAY 3 – BALANCE
THE KEY TO SERVICE

Being of service is our way to make the world a better place. Sustainable service is to be found in the balance between nurturing oneself and serving others. With inputs from a yoga expert, we’ll explore the art of balance, delve into the principles of equilibrium, and find poise and grace in our journey.

The day ends with a reflective time to integrate your experience and a sharing of the journey into reenchanting your lives.

accommodation.

The Deerstone 

We are a luxury eco-retreat centre. Just an hour from Dublin, your stay in this
tranquil haven offers:

• Four nights accommodation in a private room.
• All meals are included and catered for by a private chef with vegetarian and vegan options available.
• Free use of all facilities including sauna, hot tubs, outdoor hydropool, and the many nearby walking trails.
• There is an on-site masseuse available for one-hour bookings (€150 per hour). This must be booked ahead of retreat.
