Kendra – bringing experience from past successful retreats in Ballybeg and a grounded, holistic approach to wellness. My retreats are built around slowing down, nurturing mind + body in nature, and offering a gentle container where people can rest, reconnect, and recharge.

What’s Included
From the moment guests arrive, everything is provided so they can fully relax and immerse in the weekend:
Daily yoga practices: Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath, Guided Meditation & Breathwork.
A guided hike in the Wicklow Mountains / Glendalough area – a chance to reconnect with the landscape.
All meals: plant-based , nourishing, wholesome food prepared with care.
Luxury accommodation in The Deerstone’s eco-conscious cottages or huts, designed to help guests feel connected with the landscape.

Access to The Deerstone’s wellness facilities: sauna, hot tubs / wood-fired soak baths or Japanese soak baths (depending on accommodation), hydro-pool / swim spa, woodland wellness area – ideal for rest, recharge, and full body reset.

Time and space to slow down – combining yoga, nature, nourishing food and restorative rituals for body, mind and spirit.
