Paul is a fully qualified Mountain Leader and Guide, with extensive experience in mountain navigation, group management and outdoor leadership. As a trainer with Mountaineering Ireland, he delivers programmes in group management protocols and planning for hiking clubs and organisations. With the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough as his backyard, Paul brings an exceptional knowledge of the landscape, from its geology and flora to its rich history, folklore and stories.

Maria O’Reilly is a Certified Hiking Leader and Guide, as well as an Executive & Business Coach and Workshop Facilitator. As co-founder of Bespoke Treks and Hikes, she brings a warm, energetic and creative approach to every experience. Maria is passionate about bringing people together through the outdoors, creating opportunities for connection, reflection, resilience and personal growth.
